Student Accounts
Student accounts are due and payable at the beginning of each semester. Payments may be made by cash, check or money order. We do offer a tuition installment plan on a case-by-case basis. Payments made are to be in accordance with predetermined payment schedules. Detailed information regarding the plan may be obtained from the director of the school.
Newlife Int'l School of Midwifery reserves the right to suspend or dismiss students for nonpayment of tuition and/or fees. In the case of suspension for non-payment, a fee of $50 is charged for reinstatement. Prior balances must be paid in full to be eligible to complete the registration process for each new semester. Candidates for graduation must have their accounts paid in full. Transcripts and endorsements to sit the NARM exam cannot be issued until the student's account is paid in full.
If a situation arises that requires a student to withdraw from the school prior to completion of the program a refund of tuition will be made according to the following schedule:
- 100% prior to first day of classes
- 90% first and second weeks
- 50% third and fourth weeks
- 25% fifth through eighth weeks
In comparison to other midwife schools Newlife International School of Midwifery offers a relatively low tuition fee while offering an excellent academic and clinical program. Although students cannot avail of federal grants or federal loans there are other forms of assistance available. Newlife Int'l School of Midwifery is pleased to offer a Financial Aid package to qualifying students that includes grants and loans through a private endowment. More information is available under the Student Info link.
There are various ways of fulfilling your vision to be a midwife and many financial sources are available. Students are encouraged to seek financial help from family members as well as consideration from their home church. We encourage each student to consider writing monthly newsletters to friends and family members who would be willing to provide prayer and financial support.
