Discount not applicable for students availing of Newlife School awarded loans. Plane tickets range in price from $650 - $1200 RT depending on point of origin and dates of travel.
Length of Programs
• Certificate of Midwifery
The Certificate program is designed for people desiring to learn midwifery, but not necessarily obtain a license or accredited degree. This program will provide students with all the knowledge and skills necessary to be a qualified and competent midwife. Upon graduation a certificate will be awarded from Newlife International. The certificate program generally takes 2 academic years (2 semesters/year).
• Associates Degree of Midwifery
The Associates Degree program is designed for those interested in studying midwifery with the purpose of receiving an accredited college degree. Students completing this program will qualify to take the NARM exam and receive the CPM certification. US and Canadian licensing is also available, but students will need to check with their appropriate state/province in order to meet the specific requirements of each. Upon graduation and successful completion of the NARM exam, students will be awarded an Associates Degree of Midwifery and qualify for CPM certification. The associates program generally takes approximately 2 academic years (2 semesters/year).
• Bachelors Degree of Midwifery
The Bachelors Degree program is designed for students wishing to pursue further midwifery education. Upon completion of the associates program, students may desire to stay and study for additional time and receive a Bachelors Degree. The Bachelors program generally takes approximately 1 academic year beyond the Associates Degree (2 semesters/year). Completion of the Associates of Midwifery program is a prerequisite.
