All Fees and Donations can be paid using the Payment button below.  Another window will appear offering a choice of payment designations from the drop-down menu. Note: there is a 3% processing fee. Please advise us if the payment form (below) is offline or doesn't appear. NOTE that you may choose to pay by Credit/Debit card or Bank Account (ACH Payment which is a transfer deducted directly from your bank account).
